Getting Started
It's called pitch shoot because we want you to ‘pitch’ (propose) your ideas for shoots that reflect local needs in your region.Review the Brief list to guide and shape your proposal, outline your vision in the Pitch Shoot template provided, and we'll award funding to the best proposal.We look forward to working with you to create authentic regional content!To pitch your shoot ideas, start by reading our Getting Started Guide.

Download the Shoot Plan Template. Build out your idea and fill in the template so it fully reflects your vision. We want to see that you’ve thought this through. Sell us on your idea!Completeness and clarity are the keys to your success. This is a standardized document for evaluating all Pitch Shoots. Pitches will not be considered if submitted using any other format.

Step 4
submit your pitch
Click the "Submit Your Pitch" button below and email us your templates by the Pitch due date described under the Open Pitches section of this site.
All submissions will be reviewed and carefully considered. Funding will be awarded based on alignment with the Briefs and the quality of your Pitch Shoot. Notification will be provided in writing. If your Pitch Shoot is successful, you will sign some paperwork and we’ll send you some cash to make your shoot happen.

I'm not clear on how to "pitch".
The key steps are outlined here. In short, based on the Open Pitches, you need to fully complete the template under Step 3 with ideas from the needed content list under Step 2. Once complete, you mail the template to the email address provided under Step 4.
